Did you say "scientific"?

It is urgent to define "harassment" in a scientific and legal way. The risk is the damage that cases like these, due to their bad faith and vengeful spirit, cause to serious cases. That is the serious thing.

Months after the scandal that threatened to destroy the career of one of the most brilliant Portuguese intellectuals of the 20th and 21st centuries, Boaventura de Sousa Santos, the Routledge publishing house seems to have realized that something very strange and very bad had happened and, finally, the book with the chapter that so offended it was temporarily withdrawn from the sales catalog for review. Perhaps because, during these months, there were many protests from international scientists, demonstrating the lack of scientificity of the chapter. In Portugal, curiously, no voice was heard.
